Web development in Python under linux, using Django stack (Django/Celery) - experience in similar scripting languages and frameworks (PHP+Zend/RoR) can also be considered.
Backends: postgresql, mongoDB, MS-SQL
Frontend: Javascript + angular-JS, bootstrap, hicharts
Advantage - 
Experience in NodeJS = advantage
experience with BI systems, integration with MS enterprise SW (sharepoint/active-directory/MS-SQL etc), working with docker, working on Azure cloud.
Experience in leading small to medium development teams (4-7 developers) in agile methodologies (scrum/kanban), customer facing with fluent English.
